Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) Academy

It is the mission of the Northridge High School STEM Academy to provide a relevant and authentic STEM learning experience and to create problem solvers and life-long learners who possess the knowledge and tools for long term success. Diploma Endorsement programs include an Academy of Engineering, Academy of Math and Science, and Academy of Information Technology, which, either singly or together, are focused on positioning students to be career and college ready upon graduation from high school. Students completing academy programs will receive an endorsement on their transcript and recognition at graduation.
The NHS STEM Academy has been developed under the structures and guidelines of the National Academy Foundation , and is annually assessed by NAF for ongoing quality.
The Northridge High School STEM Academy Advisory Board, made up of leaders from our community, guides the development of our academies. These leaders represent the Northridge and Greeley community, Weld County School District 6, local business and industry, post secondary education, and state and local government.
